I read that an easy way to check float height is to attach a clear tube to the float bowl drain and tape it up the side of the carb. Then when you unscrew the drain screw, the fuel will travel up the tube and where it cuts off is you fuel level. Well, mine cuts off right at the seam of the float bowl/carb. Is this correct or does it need adjusting?
